As an experienced OEM/ODM manufacturer, SURTEC has extensive knowledge and experience in creating products for our customers. We do our best to uphold the concept of customer service and we provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their specifications and are used all over the world. SURTEC helps customers shorten their development time and enhance the competitiveness of their products.

To work toward that goal, we have more than 50 engineers, including product design, electrical design, mechanical design, plastic mold design and manufacturing, plastic injection molding, metal product design and manufacturing, packaging design and automatic assembly machine design. We have our own mold shop, injection area and a variety of subcontractors that can produce products using CNC, laser cutting and NCT. We have co-operated with many of these companies for more than 35 vears.

Our R&D team has grasped the key technologies and concepts in the industry. We take a macro view of the product system: We understand the different characteristics and requirements, we introduce high technology solutions via our engineers and associates, and integrate products into manufacturing with efficiency. All our efforts are concentrated toward the goal of developing the highest quality products with the best functionality and value within the deadline specified to achieve the competitiveness our customers demand.

2 / OEM/ODM

SURTEC does a large volume of custom OEM and ODM work for our customers - many of which are famous worldwide brands. We have a lot of experience in making custom products for our customers based on their designs and also making brand new products for our customers based on their ideas.

We can take anything from your 'sketch on a napkin' to a set of detailed drawings and make it into a product exclusively for your company in a short period of time. In other words, we don't just manufacture standard products for one industry, we can start from a basic idea and make a wide variety of commercial products.

Additionally, all of the products that we manufacture are high quality! We have made a large investment in building a professional test laboratory and in the necessary equipment for inspection and testing so you can rest assured that any product manufactured at SURTEC will be produced quickly, efficiently, and with a quality that is difficult to beat!

On top of our OEM and ODM work SURTEC can also provide logistical solutions for our customers. This helps them to adjust production, configure their shipments and ensures smooth delivery of goods. We are happy to provide support for our customers in procurement, inventory management and worldwide logistical solutions.

Quality products are extremely important to us. From the initial development to final shipment we start with quality in mind. We take many steps at each stage in the process of bringing a product to production to make sure that we meet our goal for a high quality and high performance product.

Design Quality

Our engineers design the products to be as simple and easy to manufacture as possible. This initial step in the process helps to keep the product from becoming too complex, which can make maintaining quality difficult.

Production Quality 

During production, we continuously monitor a variety of factors to ensure that the products are being manufactured properly and design specifications are met. From incoming material inspections and in-process inspections to final goods inspection, we continuously monitor the entire production process to ensure that the product meets the design specifications. This helps to ensure that the product will function properly for our customers and last a long time when in use in the field.

Third Party Assurance Quality

SURTEC has also added third party testing laboratories to our quality inspection process. This provides an additional check on our internal testing to provide even more reliability in our process and product.

SURTEC places great emphasis on intellectual property rights. That's why, in the development phase, we are careful to apply for and secure our Patent rights up front. We do this to protect our R&D investment for ourselves and our customers and to secure our New Product Development Process.

With over 185 Product Patents which are valid in 11 different countries SURTEC has:

• 35 US patents

• 16 EU patents

• 96 Taiwanese patents

• 38 Chinese patents

​

In particular, we have patented a unique contact design and are applying this technology to improve the CAT 6A performance of our products. These products comply with the TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standard and were certified with ETL in 2009. In addition to our Taiwan patent for this contact technology, we have received patents from the United States, Japan, Australia, Canada, Austria, the European Union, and China.
